Trusted Amsterdam Airport Cab — Premium, Punctual, and Personal

As a full-service taxi and cab service, we go far beyond a simple point-to-point ride. Our coordinators plan every trip around your flight, your luggage, and your itinerary, so the only thing you need to do is walk out of the terminal.

Behind every trip is a coordination team that double-checks flight numbers, confirms vehicle assignments, and briefs each chauffeur before they leave for the airport. It's this attention to detail — not luck — that keeps our on-time record consistently high, even during the busiest travel weekends of the year.

We proudly offer:

• Amsterdam airport transfers and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol transfers
• Schiphol Airport pickup and Schiphol Airport drop-off
• Airport arrivals transfers and airport departures transfers
• Private airport transportation with door-to-door airport transfers
• Pre-booked airport transfers for guaranteed availability
• Airport pickup service and airport drop-off service
• Airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transfers
• Airport-to-office and airport-to-residence transfers
• Airport-to-cruise-terminal transfers for cruise passengers
• Connecting airport transfers and long-distance airport transfers
• Private chauffeur airport service for discreet, comfortable travel
• VIP airport transfers and business & executive airport transfers

Beyond Schiphol, our drivers also cover Rotterdam Airport and Eindhoven Airport, along with destinations across Amsterdam city centre, central Amsterdam, Amsterdam hotels, Amsterdam business districts, and Amsterdam offices and residences. Need to reach a conference or a concert? We regularly transfer guests to RAI Amsterdam, Ziggo Dome, and other major event venues, as well as further afield to Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem, Zaanse Schans, Keukenhof, and Kinderdijk. For international travelers, we also arrange cross-border transfers to Belgium and Germany, including Brussels and Bruges.

As a genuine airport taxi alternative, we position ourselves differently from standard metered taxis. There's no waiting in a rank, no uncertainty about who's picking you up, and no guessing what the final fare will be. Every private airport cab booking is confirmed in advance, priced in advance, and assigned to a specific chauffeur and vehicle before you even board your flight. For travelers who value their time, that difference is significant.

Meeting Every Kind of Traveler — Business, Family, and Group Journeys

No two trips look the same, and neither do our passengers. Some travelers need a fast, quiet ride to an early meeting. Others are arriving with children, strollers, and a week's worth of luggage. Our Amsterdam airport transportation network is built with both in mind.

For business and executive travelers, discretion and punctuality come first. A private driver, a quiet cabin, and reliable Wi-Fi mean you can review your notes, join a call, or simply decompress before the next meeting. Many of our corporate clients rely on us repeatedly for Amsterdam airport transfer journeys tied to recurring travel schedules, and we're happy to set up standing arrangements for regular routes.

For families, comfort and patience matter as much as the vehicle itself. Our chauffeurs are used to helping with car seats, oversized luggage, and the general chaos that comes with traveling as a group. A spacious Schiphol transfer in a Mercedes-Benz minivan gives everyone room to breathe after a long flight.

For groups and events, whether you're heading to a conference at RAI Amsterdam, a concert at Ziggo Dome, or a multi-day corporate offsite, our minibus and midibus options keep everyone together instead of splitting across multiple cars. It's simpler to coordinate, easier to budget, and far more enjoyable for the group.

Whatever the occasion, the goal is the same: a calm, predictable, and comfortable journey that starts the moment you land and ends exactly where you need to be.

Why Choose Private Transfers Holland — Key Benefits You Can Trust

When it comes to cabs in Amsterdam, consistency and experience make all the difference between a smooth arrival and a stressful one. As Private Transfers Holland, we've built our name on one simple promise: every journey should feel as considered and professional as the traveler taking it. Here's what sets us apart.

Local Expertise You Can Rely On

We're not a call-centre dispatching random drivers — we're a dedicated Dutch transfer operator with in-depth knowledge of Schiphol's terminals, Amsterdam's traffic patterns, and the fastest routes across Holland. That local expertise means fewer delays, smarter route planning, and a genuinely smoother ride from the moment you land.

A Personal, Consistent Experience

Every booking with Private Transfers Holland is treated as a standalone commitment, not a shared or reshuffled ride. You get the vehicle you booked, the pickup time you agreed on, and a chauffeur who is solely focused on your journey — not juggling multiple passengers or detours.

Fully Insured, Licensed Operations

Every vehicle in our fleet is licensed, insured, and regularly inspected, and every chauffeur holds the certifications required to operate commercial passenger transport in the Netherlands. When you book with us, you're booking a fully compliant, accountable service — not an informal arrangement.

A Proven Track Record

Our chauffeurs have completed thousands of successful airport transfers, and our on-time performance is one of the highest in the region. We don't just promise reliability — we deliver it, trip after trip.

Professional, Vetted Chauffeurs

Every driver is trained, licensed, and experienced in airport transfers specifically. They know the terminal layout, the fastest routes, and how to handle unexpected delays calmly and professionally.

Guaranteed, Transparent Pricing

The fare you're quoted is the fare you pay. There are no hidden surcharges, no meter surprises, and no last-minute renegotiations — just honest, upfront pricing you can rely on.

Real-Time Flight Monitoring

Every AMS airport cab booking starts with real-time flight tracking, so your chauffeur automatically adjusts for early arrivals, delays, or gate changes without you needing to call or message anyone.

24/7 Availability

Flights don't follow a nine-to-five schedule, and neither do we. Whether you land at 3 a.m. or depart at midnight, a chauffeur is ready and waiting.

A Fleet to Match Your Needs

We maintain a diverse, well-maintained fleet so every group size travels comfortably:

• 1–3 people: A Mercedes-Benz car (or equivalent) — perfect for couples or small families seeking a private, comfortable ride.
• 1–4 people: A Mercedes-Benz car (or equivalent) — ideal for travelers who want a smooth, relaxed drive to Amsterdam.
• 3–7 people: A Mercedes-Benz minivan (or equivalent) — great for groups of friends or families who want to travel together.
• 4–8 people: A Mercedes-Benz minivan (or equivalent) — a spacious option for larger groups exploring Keukenhof as a team.
• 8–16 people: A Mercedes-Benz minibus or midibus (or equivalent) — best suited for larger groups needing both comfort and extra space.

Our vehicles include the Mercedes-Benz luxury line, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, the Mercedes Sprinter, and the Mercedes S-Class, all finished with premium leather interior and climate-controlled cabins for a genuinely first-class experience.

The Importance of Choosing a Private Transfer

Not all airport transportation is created equal, and understanding the difference matters — especially after a long flight. Here's why a private transfer consistently outperforms the alternatives.

Your Time Stays Your Own

Shared shuttles and public transport run on someone else's schedule, not yours. They stop for other passengers, take longer routes, and leave you waiting at fixed departure times. A private transfer goes directly from Schiphol to your destination, with no detours and no strangers along for the ride.

Predictability You Can Plan Around

Metered taxis can vary in price depending on traffic, route, and time of day, and availability at the rank isn't guaranteed — especially during peak arrival periods. A pre-booked private transfer removes that uncertainty entirely: your vehicle, your price, and your pickup time are all confirmed before you even leave home.

A Safer, More Accountable Journey

When you step into an unlicensed or unfamiliar vehicle, you're placing your safety in the hands of someone you know nothing about. Every Private Transfers Holland chauffeur is vetted, licensed, and insured, so you can travel with genuine peace of mind, not just hope.

Comfort That Matches the Occasion

Business meetings, family holidays, honeymoons, and corporate events all deserve a transfer that matches the tone of the trip. A private vehicle with climate control, privacy glass, and a professional chauffeur simply delivers a different level of comfort than a crowded shuttle or a worn-out taxi.

Privacy When You Need It Most

Whether you're preparing for a business call, discussing sensitive matters, or simply want quiet after a long-haul flight, a private cabin gives you the space to do so without other passengers listening in.

A Smarter Investment, Not Just an Expense

When you factor in the time saved, the stress avoided, and the reliability gained, a private transfer often delivers far better value than it appears to on paper — particularly for business travelers, families with luggage, and anyone arriving in an unfamiliar city for the first time.

In short, a private transfer isn't a luxury add-on — it's a practical decision that protects your time, your safety, and your peace of mind from the moment you land.
